Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

This is interesting I ordered the black pro max titanium 256gb on the 19th of September apparently it’s with  dpd according to chat service but no tracking 🤔 gave me a number to call dpd tomorrow to see what’s happing with it that’s different I guess 😂😂

Yer the first follow up I did via online chat made up it all saying phone is with them and ready to go.. It was a lie.. Then again what I have been told on the phone has not been much better! Shocking how many staff are talking crap.
