Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Finally got my DPD text which I am ecstatic about - blue 15PM 256GB , ordered on the 22nd 

However also had the text to say I didn’t trade in my phone in time so I rang EE. Apparently when I ordered the phone they sent out the return pack immediately and didn’t delay the order so I’ve lost my discount …. Not happy AT ALL. I now have to ring back when I get my phone for it to reset again and send another returns pack out to hopefully keep my trade in discount

I GOT MY DPD TEXT!!!

Order confirmed 18th, was set to be delivered 30th October to 4th November!!

iPhone Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium.

I’ve been waiting almost a month so far haha

Not sure if I’ll be home but gonna try my best haha

PM NT 256GB, was estimated to arrive 30OCT-04NOV, order confirmed 18/09

told you I’d let you know when i got it!!

Thank you! Glad you got yours coming! Lots of 256 NT units last 2 days but not seen any 512 NT (what I'm waiting on) so will see.. Fingers crossed!

When did you order?

The 512s were being delivered quicker than the 256. I think my model/colour/size was the most common

I need to long off this thread! Im just seeing loads of people who ordered days after me getting their DPD notifications and I’ve got nothing! At this point I'm literally thinking of just cancelling it! Wait for Apple to ship my order mid Nov and sell my current device to cover most of the cost. Then pay off my EE accounts and downgrade to a sim only! They’ve totally **bleep**ed me off with this year drop! Glad you got your DPD notification and your device is en-route.

It was on the system 21st.. I went with same as Pro Max NT but in 512gb... 😞

Interesting… I hope this is the case but judging from what I’ve read I’m not holding out any hope😂 I ordered my White Pro Max 256GB on the 23rd at around 10:30am and have had nothing other than my 033 number and a ‘Your Pre-Order is confirmed’ on the tracking site.

Fingers crossed 🤞🏼
