Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just don’t no why they lie to us they get cought out in  the end cos of there lies in the past I got £60 credit last year maybe I’ll try tomorrow once I ring DPD up and they most likely will tell me it’s not with us .  perhaps u should contact see if u can get any compensation from them

I tired yesterday after 3 times being told they can't change the number that I get texts updates too (because they put the wrong number) but the 4th person I was reporting this too spoke to a manger then called the people who deal with stock and told me they had manage to update it.. Then I asked him to ask his manger for some goodwill and the manager said no because they sorted the problem! I'm not sure they did as still no text but frankly I can't be **bleep**** to keep talking to them.. Im more closer to telling them to stick to phone up there **bleep** lol. I for sure won't be doing this again.. I will see it out then go sim free.

Worth trying because I’ve seen others here say they got between £15 and £60 credit this year for this fiasco.

FINALLY got my iPhone 15 PM NT 256gb today. Got DPD notification yesterday and got delivered to the store and collected it today.

It’s lovely! But the whole faff with EE has really taken the shine off things! I’ll be continuing my complaint.

Some people are giving me a little hope I might get my DPD text tonight as some people order the same day as me & same phone as me🤞🏽🤞🏽

Ordered on the 16th first thing in the morning. Still no DPD notification yet some who ordered days after have theirs. Called EE tonight about it to be told and I quote: “it is not possible for those who ordered after you to get the same model, spec and colour before you. They are not telling the truth and just trying to create more stress for others”. At this point I had to tell him categorically - the only people that have lied since pre-order are employees of EE, so it best at this stage we agree to disagree! It seems my device wont arrive within their 28 day time frame which is Friday. So Saturday illl be calling again to claim my compensation of 1 month free line rental!

I pre-ordered the same model on the 16th and so far my other still in open sale so I doubt you'll get your device anytime soon if i'm honest but if you do get it before me that'd be absolutely mental.

I don’t think they are shipping orders in order to be fair it seems to be orders are getting randomly picked
