Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

iPhone 15 pro Max 256 in black, pre-ordered 18/09/23 DPD notification states delivery tomorrow. I’ve had an iPhone since they first came out this will be my last, zero enthusiasm for it arriving spurred on by the ridiculous wait along with misinformation/non-information and in the end customer service completely ignoring me when I asked for a rough idea when it would be delivered as if it was nearer November I was thinking about waiting for the Tesla launch. I still might return it yet.

I ordered my iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB Black Titanium on 03/10/2023 and got a text from DPD tonight saying it’ll be delivered tomorrow

I'm in the same boat as you. I share completely your disappointment. I am calling everyday but my order is still as open sales. I will be calling on Saturday for the compensation too but hopefully I can get the phone before that day because I have already even lost excitement for it and I just wanna get over it.

Order I placed on the 20th of Sep for the 256GB NT PM, still not even got a tracking number or anything! Still the same old "thanks for your order" email and that's it. I'm beyond livid at this point, it's taking the proper mick

If my credit check passed I would've gone straight to GiffGaff, sadly I'm stuck with EE waiting for my Schrödingers iPhone it seems.

This year really isn’t it for EE and iPhone preorders, but then again is any year the year for EE 😂

My preorder story so far is order placed on the 22nd, but they put the wrong colour through (PM BT 256 instead of NT) , got an 0033 number, called next day to amend it, person I spoke to cancelled the order and put a new one through and not even had a confirmation email or anything about it! Spoke on live chat to them a couple of days ago to be given an 02 number and been told I won’t get an email to confirm it the order until they have stock apparently, but in the same sentence I was told it’ll be with me within 7 days. You just can’t make it up at this point can you. Might just sack it off and order then phone once there is stock and it can get to me within an advisable date lol

At first when I spoke to them I got told 5 days, now it's increased to 18-20 days. I don't think they fully know what's happening either!

EE calling their customers liars to save face is ridiculous
