Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I ordered on 19th Sept the Natural 256 order 0033159 I've just received the DPD text!

I'm quite a long way down the list so it looks like progress is being made

Ordered 15 PM NT 256GB on Sept 16th 8:30AM. Only had the 21st Sept “please don’t call us” message and whenever I went to track it there was only “couldn’t show order details right now”. Called EE 3 times but they couldn’t do anything, I never got the email with the 033 number, only provided on one of the times I called.

Decided I wanted another color, black, and to 512GB as they had a discount. I rung up to have the order changed on Oct 7th. Received my DPD text tonight!

Ordered the same thing on the same date!! I’m 003316 so hoping to see mine soon!!

just for curiousity, when did your date for delivery say? As mine was 30th Oct-3rd Nov?

Mine was 30 Oct 2023 - 03 Nov 2023 - it's still showing that after I got the DPD text

That’s crazy to say I preordered on 15th and just been told ‘it’s on track’ twice now, same phone spec aswell and my 0033 number is before yours. I guess they really doing it at random now.

Still think it’ll be next week I might hear something though.

If you know anyone at all with an NHS email then they can get 20% off code 5 times a year, not sure everyone knows about it but that’s basically the reason I have full works as it’s £20 a month off!😅

The only reason I waited for EE and didn't cancel and order elsewhere in this debacle is because I used the 30% friends and family discount, which comes off the cost of the handset as well so a really significant saving vs everywhere else inc Apple. 

DPD just updated to say it'll be with me tomorrow, fingers crossed!
