iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I had to pay an upfront fee and also postage charge and still got an 02 number, never received an 03 number, but been told the postage charge will be refunded and that my order is processed and should be here Friday, no tracking information either. So that theory is debunked lol

probably right,

i upgraded over a call ( 15 pro max blue 256), paid early upgrade fee and postage fee, received 003 instantly.

i was told too expect launch day, within 28 days, and that my account shows i will receive it 22nd-27th lots of mixed stuff

I ordered on 16-sep and my confirmation email says delivery ON launch date. However I can’t seem to find the order on my EE account

 Can’t find anything that suggests a delivery date. I ordered the same day as you. Has anyone had any change in tracking yet?

No change on my tracking,  expected delivery date still says awaiting confirmation and last order update is pre-order update is confirmed (dated Sept 16).  My order is for a PM 512GB

I’m going to ruin this theory I’m afraid. I didn’t pay postage or upgrade fee and I received my 003 number instantly

I paid up front as my upgrade fee has been removed (under 90 days left on contract), and i've called them twice to ask why the fee has turned up on my bill, "In Credit, we'll knock this off your next bill" it says on the website, and been told that will change in the next couple of days.  No 003 number, just the XKO number. Spoke to four people and not one of them gave me a rough ETA only "from the 22nd". I hope everyone gets their phone on launch day.

Small update from me. I forgot to add I included a trade in of my iPhone 12 Pro and this morning woke up to a text and email from EE that the trade-in kit was on its way and they expected the device by Oct 3rd latest. To me suggest the 15 pro will either be delivered launch day or next week

Pretty sure I had this issue when I preordered my 13 pro max when that was being released. 

i tried to upgrade online but kept crashing so I called up to be told the systems were down and that they’d call me back when they was back up yet never did, but managed to pre order online after the painful trying over and over again. I only got the xko email after that which I ordered on Friday at 4pm, but got my 003 tracking yesterday lunchtime. I didn’t pay no upgrade fee or delivery, I did however pick the trade in option. But I’ll be certain we’ll get it between Friday - Monday but can only manifest (256 pro max natural)
