Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I added a trade in as well for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, still haven’t received a text 🤔

That’s always the case the moment you upgrade it changes to blank. Then when the phone is getting ready to be sent you’ll receive a bunch of messages from EE directly with plan change

Thanks for that information, first time upgrading with EE and seems to mayhem lol

And if you do have full works you get a ton of messages about your smart benefits. That’s when you know it’s coming. Then DPD app (if you have it setup with your email and mobile) will send you a notification later on the day before delivery

I ordered mine on the 15th at 1.03 I was told ee only ordered enough phones for what they thought 

I was told as I order earlier enough I would receive it Saturday 23rd I’ve had confirmation email with tracking number but no look so far

they obviously never ordered enough phones as didn’t expect that much of an high demand so we’re just have to wait 

systems that day was a joke on phone for over 2 hours and then she had to give me a different plan to what I wanted and was told when I receive phone my plan will be amended 

orderd also Apple Watch 9 to which I cancelled the next day as she said she done me a deal of a life time but when looked on my app I could order it there cheaper than what she ordered

Yes went for the full works! Hopefully get something soon as traded in my old phone so will wait for the text or email to return that as well
