Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

not really no, if you have opted in for store pick up they will send you out an email once its ready for collection

Placed order over the phone on 15th at 1.10pm got nothing until Saturday, received 003 number told me item is on track, keeps telling me order to be dispatched within 24hrs but has said that since Saturday. EE business customer.

So I’m just off the phone with an ee store as was going to go into the store and get one instead of waiting for my order. 
The guy I called said that apple are only releasing the pro max in 28 days after original release. So I doubt anyone will get there’s before next month. 
absolutely ridiculous that we don’t get told any of this information and are left sitting on our hands waiting. Or having to call umpteen different times to get some information from someone.

Apple is just as long as EE!  25th Oct for pro max, unless you want the natural titanium - then it is 14th Nov.  The phone is £105 cheaper at Apple though

This isn't true. People have already gotten their PM phones. It's just a supply issue.

I got told the same on Saturday, EE Chat today said 10-12 working days and on the phone they said within 14 days - I didn't think ordering at 9pm instead of 1pm on the day of pre-order release would have affected my delivery this much!

Just had an email stating that my order is on track. Spoke to a live chat yesterday and said should expect it this week.
