Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

When/what did you order? I ordered the 15 PM in Natural Titanium 9:30pm 15th Sept only has my XKO Email from that day, nothing else.

I ordered at 10pm Friday and had the same. After calling them they gave me a 02 number which is useless at the moment.

Just had a text from EE saying they've put all of the details for my my mobile plan in one place... could I be lucky and get the phone this week? Fingers crossed!!

I ordered iPhone 15 pro max natural titanium 256gb on the 16th after 9am and my status pages still says awaiting confirmation. That's a bit annoying. When called CS they said that they can't tell me any date range when the phone will be even shipped.

just spoke to someone and they said they have no pro max versions in stock and are waiting for apple to send more stock which will be in the next 7 days could be more then they will start sending the devices out again on a first come

Yeah definitely, I was told up to 28 days when I ordered though. I think some people have said that their tracking didn’t change but their phone got delivered. I downloaded the DPD app which is linked to the same email address so I’m hoping that I get an update when it gets dispatched. But now that I think of it, when I got my PS5 from EE they had stock issues but I was one of the lucky ones to get it straight away - I never got any updates whatsoever through EE or DPD, they just delivered it!

I ordered a PM black 256gb. Ordered online got email at 13:46 with xko number ‘call to discuss’. Called and was told I’ll be called back. Guy called me back around 1900 and sorted it apparently. Got a text at 19:37 saying my order is confirmed. Then nothing.
Then on the chat on 22nd after not knowing what was going on they gave me my order number which was an 02 number. Yesterday received a text with a ‘your order is on track and it’s a 0033 number 🤷

No you should get an email from ee when phone is ready for pickup
