Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I ordered the 15 pro max black titanium 256gb on the Friday but still nothing went but my issue was I had to ring to confirm some details and it didn’t get put through till Tuesday which is a bummer cos of system errors ect

Reading all this, I already regret taking out the contract. The website isn’t even operational.
i don’t care about waiting, but I stupidly trusted EE when they told me launch day, and booked the day off work so I could be available for delivery and also take my old phone down the shop to trade in etc
Just got an email, as I was writing this, from my local Apple Authorised Reseller saying “iPhone 15 is available!”
What a joke! I’ll be moving to another provider, and taking my company and it’s 150 EE business mobiles with me. Ciao.

Spoke to various chat people and told a variety of different things
spoke to an English guy earlier and said either today or tomorrow for dispatch but quite honestly I highly doubt it..it’ll come but the launch itself seems a bit messy

Well this is such a **** take. I ordered mine on Friday and confirmed at 8:24 Saturday morning. This shows they don’t have a proper system in place. Congratulations on getting your phone bro but it’s annoying I got the exact same phone and I won’t be getting it today.

I ordered the Blue Titanium and got confirmation on the Friday - tracking number didn't work on the web system, only started showing on Thursday late afternoon, that also shows my pre-order confirmation on the 15th, but my order isn't at the 'preparing to dispatch yet' after being quoted delivery for today - So I know it's not only the Natural Titanium customers that are affected - I've had nothing else from EE and nothing from DPD, and DPD app isn't showing anything, so it's pretty much guaranteed I'm not getting mine today due because DPD always notifies day before in my area.

It looks to me like the system crash wiped out orders on the day and that they had to manually input them, which is why this "first come first served" rule is completely messed up. I ordered the blue PM late Friday and out of concern rang CS the next day only to be told my order couldn't be processed. They took my phone number to call back on Sunday at 1pm (they didn't)
Now we're seeing that people who ordered on Saturday are getting phones before those that ordered on launch

Yeah, my delivery details are I'll get a slot after 11. Bit if a late start fro DPD IMHO....

You might have a slight issue putting a Three SIM in it, I was advised this time it's eSIM only models with EE (no SIM card slot on the phone) - and I've heard that in some cases with that, it's a 6 month wait before you can switch eSIM carrier. Granted, people that get their deliveries would be able to confirm if that's true, but I was advised on that when I asked about replacing my current SIM.

I think it's quite frankly on a first come first serve basis, although EE surely might have a lower stock of the Natural since its the most in demand this time around.
Ordered the 15 PM Natural Titanium at 12:58pm via phone, confirmed by 1:15pm on opening day - received my delivery slot for today.
