iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I tried at 1pm and couldn't get on the site, phoned them, and they said they'd call me back- I got a call at 4:30pm on Friday (pre orders started only 3.5 hours before) and I'm not getting mine today 😞 had the email at 4:45pm with order number too. White PM 256GB. So unsure why people who ordered on the Saturday would get them first as I would like to think I should have had mine today.

I ordered Saturday. No show so far. No DPD text or 003 number. 

This will be my first time with EE, and my last time with EE

Is anyone else receiving this, I ordered on Friday 15th in the afternoon, received a confirmation text on Friday the 15th in the evening.

No confirmation email was received, I called CS and they sent me a text, however my tracking doesn’t work.

Ordered Wednesday morning PM 256G Black got txt yesterday they cancelled order put order back in last night got 02 tracking number got 03 tracking number asked the CS what wait time I was looking at she said 3-7 days 😂 I really hope she’s right

I’m the same as u took the day off work unpaid as got no hols left and bin told even for pre orders have to wait upto 28 days !!  What’s the point in pre order if don’t get the phone on time just stupid I won’t be staying with ee for long now .

Iv bin told different got told for to wait 28 days even if pre ordered the phone think it’s stupid iv always had mix communication with ee and bin with them since 2016 just a joke

Got DPD notification that my driver will be here 12-1 but I'm fairly sure it'll just be the Ultra Watch 2 as my tracking for 256 15 PM NT is sitting at awaiting dispatch .

Have you tried entering your email instead of your phone number to track? Is it an xko or 003 number?
