Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I changed my order this afternoon to a different colour. Had to start the order all over again and it's coming next day. This is for the 15 pro model though. It's rubbish having to wait isn't it?!

I'm absolutely fuming reading that some people are getting their 1TB Blue PM tomorrow. Don't get me wrong I'm happy for you but I ordered before most people here saying they are getting theirs tomorrow? Honestly what gives EE? Did you guys complain to customer service or anything? Is that worth doing to speed up the process?

I ordered 15 Pro Max (512) in Natural Titanium in an O2 store at 13:05, was confirmed at 13:07. I wasn’t given a lead time so chased up on launch day and was abruptly told ‘just wait for the text message’ by one of the store assistants and hung up on…
I I thought I would be on with a better chance of getting it on my O2 Business line, and much sooner than EE because of when I ordered it but no such luck!
Got an email over the weekend from them:
“Sorry you've not got your APPLE IPHONE 15MAX 512GB NAT yet (ref xxxxxxxx). We're expecting more very soon. We'll let you know when it's ready”
Not dissimilar to my EE experience but at least the order went through first time with O2!

I also ordered a black Pro Max 256gb, except I ordered it on the Friday and I still have nothing whereas you ordered it later than I did and are getting it tomorrow? This is why so many of us are so annoyed. There’s absolutely no consistency or fairness in any of this.

Yeah mine doesn’t say this, just says it can’t be left unsafe, I guess I don’t need one.

To keep us informed, I just woke up to a text saying my plan had changed and upon checking the EE tracking with my 0033 number it says that my order has been dispatched (no DPD notification recieved yet so I assume (or hope is a better word after this experience that they will collect today))....Order was confirmed just after 8pm on the 15th after I called them to check details as requested when I ordered online as soon as the website allowed pre-ordering (after a long wait in the line). (the CS rep cancelled my original order and did a manual order for whatever reason). Order was 256gb PM in Titanium blue. Hope you all get positive progress also.

Got my third, exact same email from EE about my trade-in pack overnight, with a third, different order number to quote… also got two exact same texts overnight to tell me the trade-in pack is on the way, but nothing about the phone itself yet! 256GB Pro Max, Nat Titanium

Has anyone heard anything for a white PM at all? I can’t see any posts about that colour, so am hoping it might mean they’re on track?

How’s everyone’s patience levels 😂
I have a white titanium 512 PM on preorder since Sunday 17th… no news yet. I got mucked around on preorder day and my orders didn’t go through on Friday!
Has anyone preordered a white titanium PM and received it yet or are you waiting like me?
Also all this waiting can be frustrating, but would we rather wait a few weeks for the right phone and spec we want to use or get hasty with impatience and spent the next few years with a phone which wasn’t our choice. It all works out in the end 👊🏽
