Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’m interested to see what the likes of Vodafone/Three/Sky/o2 CS are telling there customers

It does yes.

What date and time did you order if you don’t mind me asking?

This maybe copium on my end, but I've noticed on this forum that most people who complained earlier ordered blue phones and now they are getting them in so hopefully more will roll through. I also ordered a 1tb phone which I thought they'd sell the least of so stock shouldn't be a problem but looks like those were gone too in the 3 hours it took to get my order in

Agreed! I could not get a straight answer and I've spoken to them Friday, Saturday and today.
They keep telling me it's first come first serve and yet myself and others here ordered on Friday and people ordering after that are getting their phones (when I brought this up to an agent called 'shefali' she disconnected and sent me text saying thank you for contacting EE)

Could possibly be the colour and storage options that are making the difference. I believe the NT PM is probably the most popular in all the storage options and therefore those who ordered the blue (for example) after your order maybe getting theirs before you simply because of stock availability. That is the only thing I can put it down too. Only EE know the exact numbers but I would presume that would be why! They really cannot be that incompetent to fore-fill orders here and there with some who ordered later than others getting theirs first regardless of colour/storage options.
Then again at this stage, who knows! Anything possible with EE in the realm of sheer incompetence it seems!

Ordered a 15 PM Natural Titanium 512GB at 13.00 on 15th. Gave them a call Saturday morning just to check all was okay, and they told me that due to a system error, mine was cancelled and they'd need to put it though again. Finally got 03 number confirmed at 13.02 on the 16th.
I looked at Apple's website for my specific build just after I originally ordered (so around 13.05 on the 15th) and delivery dates had already been pushed back to mid October. Checked again later that day (around 4pm) and it had moved to early November, and now mid-November.
Apple will have a much clearer view of future stock than EE so if, like me, you didn't get your confirmation on a PM Nat Titanium until post-4pm on the 15th onwards, don't expect your phone before mid November, regardless of what EE say. Just a case of sitting back unfortunately. I'm sure some orders will still trickle out (mainly through customer returns) but we won't seen a miss dispatch for a while.
The one thing EE don't want to happen is a mass cancellation, or mass downgrade to a cheaper build of the iPhone, as they'd lose millions. I worry that the change in message from CS agents reported on here (from saying "up to 28 days" over the weekend to "within 4-5 days" today) has more to do with many people cancelling their orders over the weekend than anything else. In other words, you're going to keep hearing "just one more week" every week, until mid November, to stop you from cancelling.

Got an email over the weekend confirming my trade-in pack has been sent out and to send my current device back by 6th October.
Just received that same exact email again, except this time it has a different order number...
I genuinely have zero clue what is going on at EE but I almost feel like throwing my hands up and simply waiting to see what happens, because this is all over the place.

Ordered on 15th over the phone at 5pm. Just received my DPD pin and DPD tracking updated so looks there is some movement

Which model and storage did you order please?
