Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Hi, I got order confirmation through at around 5:30pm on Friday the 15th, I ordered 15 pro max 256gb blue titanium

I placed an order for an iPhone Pro Max 256 in blue via phone at 1:00 PM. I received a text confirming the order and an email as well. During the call, the agent mentioned that I would receive the phone on the launch day, though I was not convinced that he knew what he was talking about. Within 24 hours, the order tracker on the website showed that my order had been dispatched, but then it moved back to "order received." I called EE and requested an update on my order, and was told that the salesperson who took my order should not have made any promises regarding delivery. The EE representative informed me that I could expect to receive my order on the 27th or 28th. I subsequently received an email stating that my order was "on track," and that EE would contact me as soon as the phone was dispatched. In the end, I wait with bated breath.

That’s a good sign! I ordered the same and received my confirmation just after 5 so hopefully I’ll hear soon!

I was told Friday that there were 10,000 available phones and it was just taking a while for them to get them shipped out, and that u would receive dispatch info early next week, seems like the lady I spoke to was very truthful, which I am appreciative of.
however I haven’t had an update on my account with my new data plan, and tracking still doesn’t work on the ee website, nor have I had the flow of ee messages telling me about my plan, but I think I’ll get that soon, watching the space.

This is more than frustrating! I don't know how this company is able to operate with this level of sheer incompetence. I also spoke to them on Friday. And I too spoke to someone who sounded very sincere and truthful. However I was advised they didn't get ANY deliveries of the Pro or Pro Max and was unable to advise when they would as they’re waiting for the shipment from Apple!!! And EE wonders why people are getting very short with them over the phone about their order! I don’t believe in being rude to people in Customer Service but for the life of me I cannot understand just how wrong they can get this! Its almost like NO ONE knows there what’s happening so everyone just making it up as they go along!
