iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

This makes sense. Im kinda thinking at this stage to leave it tbh! I only bothered on the Saturday (day after pre-order) as I have the upgrade anytime but at this rate its not gonna pay any dividends if I wait till November as i know next year I have to wait again 2 months after release to get the phone! Probably best to cancel the order keep my 14 Pro Max for another year and it will be paid off and then upgrade next year by selling my 14 PM and ordering direct from Apple! More than anything the way EE gone about the release this year has been terrible! So hold on till my next bill take the £30 credit and cancel my order!

ordered 256 pro max in blue. Order confirmed just after 5 on the 15th

Spoke to that executive team which seemed useless.

Measly £30 offer of compensation and even the cheek to say they were well prepared for the pre order process Lol!!

They're not taking any blame or any hassle from anyone, they're sticking to their guns!

Ordered my phone on the 15th. PM Blue 256GB. Received confirmation email 19:02 with 0033 order number. Was told the current waiting time was for it to be delivered within 14 days (which at the time was the shortest waiting time for the PMs of this size - I asked because I originally didn’t want blue but blue was the shortest waiting time, everything else was up to 28 days). Just received DPD text.

"Your order identifies that it has reached the warehouse, but the device is yet to be picked.
The order is in progress, we are currently working to allocate the device and once we have done this and the device is ready to ship we will update you via SMS with the delivery details"

Just got this from CS , first contact since Friday. 256gb Natural TT ordered early 16th after problems on 15th via online chat. 

Maybe just maybe things are beginning to progress.

I did all the approval at 1.05pm then they phoned after the system error to take delivery payment at 4.40pm. Still no update for me 😞
