iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I have been told today they have no stock what’s so ever and they’re not expecting to ship any Pro Max models now until 16th October 2023  I ordered mine at 14:20 and it was cancelled by a colleague and then reordered as it was “not expensive enough and promised launch day delivery” was advised they don’t offer student discount on iPhone 15 models. Ive made a complaint this agent has done nothing but mess my account up. Put it through as a normal upgrade with termination fees on my anytime upgrade line and increased my price to £99 a month when I was quoted £92 on the previous order. I’ve advised I don’t feel like £6.98 is enough to say sorry

Lots of people on the chat has had DPD notifications for iPhone max in blue today so some are being dispatched

I ordered a black PM 256gb on first Saturday of release and just got messages from EE and DPD saying parcel is with courier and will be here tomorrow. Heads up to those that ordered Saturday too!

I got a DPD notification via the app at 5pm today. About an hour ago I got a ton of messages from EE one saying my perk (20% discount) has expired. 
On the app it has my new contract (24 month, unlimited everything) but it states £92 a month. I have my original order email which clearly states a newly applied perk taking it to £73.60 a month. 
anyone else experienced this issue? Do they apply that perk separately? If not I guess I’ll have to chase them - don’t want to jump the gun getting onto them if its just the way it happens. 

for info i ordered 9pm on 15th, its an upgrade to a sim only plan I had for 2 years. 15pm 256gb in blue.

Nope definitely not its the all rounder which is £92 inclusive, my discount knocked off £18.40

Ordered the Blue PM 256gb, order went through at 19:18pm on the 15th, received nothing so far. Just an email to say it’s “on track” oh the joys of a new iPhone release.

Ordered 15th, 13:38, confirmed 20:30 that evening.
Nothing yet, except all the usual "It's on track" emails/text messages.

I hope to get it soon!

Finally get a text and app update from DPD. Delivery tomorrow, though the "track my order" page on EE still shows awaiting confirmation.

Mine is a 1TB Pro Max in Blue Titanium, ordered at 8:30am on Saturday 16th
