Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

What is the latest time during the day DPD can send you a notification notifying you about your parcel? Can it be anytime?

So there’s no hope for me then!

looked on the website Friday, 22nd and they were showing in stock so as I currently have a sim only called the business team  up and placed an order. Lady said o should receive a text later that day with despatch details. Well Friday went so on Saturday afternoon I did the live chat and was told no stock and could be up to 6 weeks. So I asked why I was told what I was told and was just told “don’t know”. Thing is on the business page they are still showing as in stock which just isn’t right. And surely not legal??

I ordered a 256gb pro max black and had my confirmation email on 15th 19:00 and still yet to receive any updates! 😞 fingers crossed I’ll get that DPD notification soon!

Live chat is absolutely adamant that my natural titanium pro max 256gb will be delivered within 14 days.

pre-order was finally confirmed on Sunday 17th, so I'm therefore assuming that anyone who has an order placed before then should also expect delivery within 2 weeks.... fat chance of there being any truth in it though 😂

I’ve ordered my iPhone 15 Pro Max 512 black Titanium on 15th, order went through on 17th. Still on awaiting confirmation without any info.

Just had my DPD text!! 🥳🥳 512gb PM in blue. Order finally got sorted Monday night 18th. Weird because I spoke with EE on chat earlier and they said 28 days 🙄 Seems like blue is the way to go though. 
no delivery date yet but guessing it will be tomorrow?

Received trade in pack today, just received a text & email to say they’re sending another trade in pack. Haven’t got the new phone yet. I get you want our phones EE, but we want ours too 🤦🏻‍♂️
