Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Don’t panic, I have line discount and it said that was cancelled but have recently got another message saying it’s been applied again, my fee is now the same as it was:)

Hopefully we’ll start seeing some NT orders go out tomorrow, if the Blue/Black seem to be getting sent tonight!

Yeah thanks, I figured its not applied properly yet. Apparently you can apply a perk up to 30 days into a new/upgraded contract so I will hold fire on contacting them for now 👍
Its not showing as one of my addons (sure it did previously)

Just checked my EE all and it suggests my plan is actually 24 months and not annual upgrade? Also says 3 smart benefits as well. Hmm wonder if the guy didn’t put this through as annual upgrade?

No pin on mine either, just says I will get an hours slot tomorrow. Details just say that they will be unable to leave the item.

Same here, I read up and it just says they will give you the pin on the day, I guess its maybe in some counties and not others, I’m in the Norfolk region so not sure if it’s split like that?

I ordered with the 14 day window if I do not get my device im going to rate into EE and the bs. Not f******* putting up with it no more. Useless company.
