iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered the 256gb blue Iphone 15 pro max, had no texts off EE, nothing on the tracking but just opened DPD and it says I have a delivery tomorrow from EE haven't ordered nothing else so must be the phone fingers crossed

One of the CS told me the 02 number was for DPD tracking 😂

I ordered a 15 pro max in natural titatanium 256gb on the 21st so not expecting to receive it for at least a month 😂😂 anyone else ordered this late? I spoke to someone on live chat today though that said should expect it within 14 days of order but said it could be dispatched within 2-3 days, from reading all these comments on here I won't expect too much 🙈

I ordered just the pro in natural too on Friday 22nd! I was told I’ll have it in 7 days but likely before! But this thread isn’t filling me with hope either haha

I'm the same, ordered a white and a natural pro max both 256gb on the 20th, orders were completed and confirmation emails (with 003 numbers) were received  by 1:30pm. I was told on the phone when I ordered that they would both be received on Friday (release day) - haven't received either or had any updates.

Spoke to CS via chat on Friday, the first said that they were "working hard to get your phone packed up and posted to you without delay.".

The second at around 10pm on Friday said "estimated delivery for all the orders were 22 and 23rd September only. However, due to high demand and pre orders the phones are out of stock. The estimated delivery date is after 28 days of the order date, However as you have placed the order before other customer's so your order will be delivered as soon as the phone is back in stock. The estimated delivery time is 28 days however, the order will be delivered to you before that only."

Still no updates or movements on the tracker, not getting my hopes up but staying optimistic!

Lucky. Seems this first come first serve is bs. I ordered at 8am on that day. Haven’t got anything. I’m tempted to just cancel and ask them to terminate my current contract.
