Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered the pro max 1tb on the 17th on the phone

was given a 02 number, was told delivery by Tuesday. Rang EE today and was told 28 days from day you ordered and it’s not even gone to the warehouse yet so won’t have a tracking number until then

checked DPD and says delivery tomorrow

Happy for you. Though I ordered the same phone a day before and nothing for me yet. Makes no sense.

finally got my test to confirm delivery tomorrow for my iphone pro max blue ordered on saturday around 3pm. hope every else gets there’s ! goodluck

I pre-ordered mine and got a confirmation email immediately at 1:30pm on Friday 15th September, however due to the system errors my order didn’t go through and I had to rectify that on the Sunday. However my contract on my 13 PM has now been need and EE are wanting to charge me the same price I have for the past couple of years although the device is payed off and I have upgraded. They can’t help delays with the device but they can help charging me the full price for my original contact when I’ve upgraded!

Well, there is hope..... I ordered 2 x pro max 1tb almost instantly, recieved the 03 code within half an hour and have just recieved a dpd message with delivery code stating that they are expecting my package. So delivery I assume will be in the next day or so, dont know if its for both phones or just one but at least its something.
