Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered NT 256GB 19/09 around 5pm and FINALLY got my text even though they’ve put it to the wrong place which I will be complaining about.

Pleased for you that your phones coming! But I ordered the same one on 18/09 around 2pm and I'm still waiting 🫠  Just goes to show it's not first come first served like they say

Hoping it comes through tomorrow or Wednesday as off away Monday, if not will cancel on Saturday if not heard anything

Mine was confirmed 9.30 am on the 19th sep. and nothing yet. But cs said  today  I will have in next couple days 🤷🏼‍♀️

Finally got my dpd text and pin! 

order number 0033158

15 Pro max NT 256GB ordered on the 16th at 08:30am online but didn’t go through till the 19th

Thank you the 15 pro max natural is actually scheduled for delivery tomorrow - it showing as picked at our warehouse


DPD will text you with tracking info and a security pin in the morning

I hope they're right!

Finally just got my DPD notification saying my phone is arriving tomorrow. Didn’t have a text from EE and it still says awaiting confirmation on the tracker. I ordered a 15 Pro Max NT 256GB on launch day - I’d check your DPD app just incase it snuck on there like mine did!

I just wanted to update and let other users know that I received a notification from DPD this evening for my order stating the “parcel has been collected from the sender”. 

I ordered via telephone upgrades on the afternoon (approx 1600) of the 17th. Order number 00331133** for a 256gb PM NT. 

The order tracker shows no difference in estimated delivery times (30th Oct - 3rd Nov) but looks like it’s on its way! Also no communication from EE so far. 

Hope this is helpful insight to others and hope you all get your new chunks of titanium soon ☺️
