Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Glad that people are now receiving their texts from DPD for the 15PM NT 256GB model. Ordered mine on 29th September, so hopefully get mine within the expected delivery date of 30 Oct - 3 Nov

Hi 

Ordered 15PM NT 256GB on 15th didn’t go through until the 19th (long story told on here earlier!) - order number 0033162……

And just this second received my text and PIN from DPD! It’s been a long time coming! No update yet to EE tracking but finally it’s on the way 😁

Just received a DPD text with pin, and it’s on the DPD app. 15 pro max natural titanium 256gb, upgraded online 15/09 and confirmed via phone on 18/09.. order no 0033128… yet still EE tracking says 30/10- 03/11 and only ‘pre order confirmed’ with no updates!

So after my last call and the advisor telling me I would be contacted by the delivery team within 72 hours, surprise surprise the call never came 🙄

called again tonight and they have claimed the order has been picked and I should have it by Weds at the latest. I guess we will see…..

nothing in DPD app yet.
