Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I spoke to CS on the 13/10 and got sent this 

 

iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB is not in stock right now and tha's why it was not delivered it to you, we are waiting for a stock from Apple and it will get dlivered at your property with in next 7 days

so they've got two more days for it to arrive it seems. Taking the Mick now.

I just phoned EE and got told at least 28 days more. They are in stock and cheaper at the Exeter Apple Store in the colour and size I wanted. Be aware that if you try to order for collection it says delivery only. I phoned the Apple Store and they said this happens when they drop below 5. They took an order over the phone and I am collecting it now.

Same here. I've written off getting it before middle of next week anyway. Big amber weather warnings for all of Scotland starting at 6am tomorrow and a red one covering my town from tomorrow evening so I doubt DPD will be marching through that to deliver me an iPhone. I sure as hell won't be going out if I can avoid it so can't expect a delivery driver to do so.

Mine was ordered yesterday got confirmation got told I would revive it on Friday two hours later got DPD email saying it’s arriving today
Now waiting I called ee for them to check delivery they confirmed. Today just got to wait and see now I’ll keep u informed
