Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I just feel like cancelling my order😩. I just cant get my head around the fact that so many after me have already received their orders, including those who seem to have similar tracking to mine 03099.. 🙄 when I called them up yesterday I got told that 28 days +. Circus

my iPhone 15 pro max 512gb blue has just come . The blue really does like in person. Switching my order yesterday morning from black 256gb to blue 512gb really had paid off.
I hope everyone else gets there iPhone 15 pro max soon such a amazing looking phone

My fault. Once a week I try to fill in names I haven't seen in a while on the forums thinking they got their phone and never reported back.
I've reverted yours as well as a few other orders based on order numbers 🫡

So just off the phone to EE. Just curious about any updates. I ordered 15pm NT 256g on 17/9 at 8.30 am. At the moment I’m 11th on list for that model and colour on the spread sheet. EE CS have said that they are certain I will receive my phone next week sometime. Here’s hoping

May as well remove me from the spreadsheet. Went in store a couple of days ago just to ask about the “available stock” that’s the agent on the chat was assuring me about.. They checked my order to discover that it was cancelled by that same agent without my permission, so now they’re investigating into the case. I didn’t even get notified that the order was cancelled, so beware of the online chat agents as they’re spewing a lot of lies just to pacify us. I had to do another preorder in store, which means I have no tracking or anything until the store text me once the phone is ready to be picked up. Even longer wait for me, and lesson learnt from this is NEVER book an appointment for walk in via the online chat, they’ll slyly cancel your order without asking for your permission. I’m so glad to see many more of you getting your phones this week, and fingers crossed for the rest of you to get yours within next week. I probably won’t get my hands on iPhone 15 PM till end of month at earliest 🤣🤣🤣
