Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Has anyone’s status changing to awaiting confirmation. My estimated delivery time was 13-17 October? Now it’s showing nothing??

Mine did the same this morning - I have (holds breathe) just received my DPD  notification!  I doubt highly ANY of my calls made a difference but nonetheless - it’s incoming. I haven’t chosen VIP yet purely cause the earliest is Monday and I’m thinking it may actually arrive tomorrow. I will still call them tomorrow to hold them to account as they missed the 28 day delivery window and I’m not allowing them to get away with it - even if it is by a day! Petty is as petty does and given this absolutely **bleep** show of a release - I want me compensation. Lol

Wooo congrats on finally getting your DPD notification bet that’s a relief. 

I should hopefully get mine. As my order number is 0033140. 
Same going to ring EE up after work and see if I can get something as when I ordered it originally I was promised I would get it release day/ the following Monday. However, still waiting 3 and half week later.

On the spread sheet I’ve been marked as got phone I haven’t as yet nor a DPD text either if that could get changed or do I change it thsnks
