Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

dpd tried to deliver my iphone pro max nt today they sent the pin to the wrong phone number it was an old number so my brother couldn't sign for it I had to call ee to sort it out and rearrange delivery for tomorrow. Luckily it’s my day off I suppose another day isn’t gonna kill me least I know I’m getting the phone now 😀

I had that on my last upgrade and I was super **bleep**ed as I double checked on order and all my details are as they should of been.. I did not get angry but clearly reported it and came next day with a pin to my real number and took £20 off next bill.

Mine was confirmed 1 hour before yours and I have the same timeframe. Fingers crossed it is dispatched tonight or tomorrow.

I was speaking with the executive complaints team last night about all the issues that people are having with their orders. I.e. no updates, different advice etc and mentioned this thread to them. Asked them to investigate my specific issue of no updates when other orders after mine had been getting updates. Probably not because of my call. But something has been done in the background. At least there is some form of timescale showing now

Still nothing yet. Mine is showing expected delivery 6th -10th but I’m hoping tonight is the night @Lauren120

When did you place your order and what device/spec/colour you waiting on? I ordered a PM NT 256GB 16th 8:30am! Update from EE EDD 13th - 17th Oct!  No DPD text yet!

Ugh my tracking is still saying awaiting confirmation (I ordered on the 16th) I’m supposed to be going away towards mid Oct and I’ll be gone for a few months. So I don’t know what to do.  Ugh I have feeling this won’t arrive till Nov at this point 😭

I ordered PM BT 256GB. So they much be expecting a shipment of Black ones and then Natural ones @Mistr_ZeN
