Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered a 256GB Black on the 19th and getting a delivery date for end of the month.

Also had my bill come out today and EE have charged me £700 for not trading in my handset, which was super helpful of them 🙂

It's seeing everyone on here get them that hasn't helped, making me think it was 100% I needed one, with how EE has been it wouldn't surprise me if they did just fancy making me stress for a bit longer 😂

Hi - I ordered the same as you and not far behind you. My dates are also saying 13th to 17th. Customer service said there is no chance of the phone coming before those dates. So I have cancelled my iPhone 15 256gb Pro Max NT. Order number was 0033080038. I purchased a new sealed in the box 512gb NT 15 Pro Max on eBay last night. It is unlocked and ready to go.  It’s being delivered tomorrow. I need it before I leave on safari on Friday. I’d EE could just have arranged that one thing I would have stayed with them. As it is I am probably moving on now I’ve purchased the phone outright. Pretty shambolic all round. Good luck to everyone still hoping to get their phone soon. I hope it’s early for you but I just can’t chance it. Need that 5 x zoom.

You’ll have movement on it tonight. It’s just the time of the dispatch. At that time of the evening it was a push to get it for today

the best part is im not even done after all of this, still awaiting my partner's 256GB Black Titanium Pro Max, but he ordered on the 26th of Sept so he'll be wayyyyy in the back 🤣

When I got  my Apple Watch Ultra 2 I got one straight away in the app it might be different I don’t no only going by my experience I’d u don’t get it by the morning I woukd suggest ringing ee or DPD for that

16th around 10am.  My ee tracking says delivery expected 6th-10th oct. So will be interesting to see when it does arrive.
