Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I originally placed my order at around 13:15 on the 15th for a blue PM 256GB.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email with the 0033 tracking number until 18:51 on the same day.

I am still waiting for any changes to the order tracking / communication from DPD…

Just called, my pro max blue ordered 15th at 7:19pm over the phone has been picked and scheduled for delivery tomorrow

I know it’s just a phone, but it’s so frustrating when this happens!

Ordered my 15 Pro Max black titanium 256gb on Friday 15th at 17:03 with an xko number provided needing more information as using EE perks…

Called CS on 16th and order completed at 13:11 (after two hours on hold).

Received DPD notification 10 minutes ago. Hopefully the end is in sight 🙏

Congrats for those of you that got DPD tracking. Just a question to help us others out though. Did you receive any 'on track's emails or does it say 'on track' in the tracking screen?

I think I am just so annoyed because this is the first time I have ever ordered an iPhone on release, and I am in desperate need of a new one as my X is just unusable nowadays - apps randomly crashing, the screen has a life of its own and randomly calls people (I've never dropped it). I waited long enough to upgrade, but this home straight seems like more of a marathon! Really hope things change soon, I don't think I can survive using this phone on its last legs for much longer!
