iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I went through online chat and it was the first time the responses were not automated/a copy and paste job, so I am hopeful that we should start to see some of the PMs dispatched at some point this week.

Saturday morning at around 9am. Put the online order through the day before at 12:58 - literally minutes after they went live - but got the full confirmation after phoning the next morning, with 003 number.

This was on live chat. Usually agree with you - have spoken to them almost daily at this point, and have always gotten the 28 days response until today! 

I know others have also heard similar things today, so maybe there is something happening behind the scenes (but I'm not holding out any hope at all)

 think at this point might as well just wait it out and see. not ringing them again as it's pointless. If I don't hear by 6th October then I will ring as then it will at 28 days.

I put my order for the 15PM 256GB NT through on the 15th Sept at 9:30pm, had my XKO order tracking at 9:35pm, but absolutely no 0033 number. I was told Saturday that it would be with me in 7 days but earlier this morning I was told 14 days on Live chat. Now I've just been told 28 days and it was apparently like this even on the Pre-Order release day. Absolutely everyone is getting different information it seems.

I've just phoned about my pre-order on the 16th, I've been told it's 4-6wks
wait. He couldn't tell me specifics about the delivery as I placed it
online! Aired my concerns but there not much you can do. I was offered a 15
pro but I didn't want to take that offer, I want the 15PM!

It's such a shame, I completely get where the people on the phones etc are coming from it's not their issue it's Apple, but it still doesn't feel great as the consumer to be told this and that and nobody agreeing with each other! I was actually debating going to the 15 Plus but then I feel like I'd regret it, but a whole month for a phone!

I spoke to an advisor over the phone and through online chat just 10 mins ago, they both gave me the same answer… anyone who’s preordered on the 15th are more likely to receive their phone within the given timescale 14 days and it being an open order, which is Friday this week

Not sure how true this is but I guess waiting it out will be last resort lol

Mine originally said usual dispatch within 14 days, now I've been told by customer service that it could be 28 days. This "so called" telecommunications company are really starting to pee me off. They over charge us loyal customers, yet other companies like 3 charge way less.
