iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered my iPhone 15 PM in blue 256gb on Friday 22nd as I was unsure if I wanted to upgrade. On the phone the helpful CS employee told my to expect the phone by Monday which was great - I thought I had ordered a less popular size or colour to get it that quick! 
I should have trusted my gut instinct and the problems I had when pre ordering the 13 PM … I have now been told today to expect a waiting time of over 28 days!

I've ordered an IPhone pro max 1tb in blue along with a watch ultra 2 with blue alpine strap on the 15/09 with a confirmation email for both at 20.08. Tracking is showing no info and Cs won't tell me anything either. I get that they aren't in controll of stock but when I ordered I was told I was one of the first few customers to order a 1tb phone. 

It's very disappointing to see mine wasn't delivered on the launch day as promised  nor was I updated about anything

I'm just onto CS now. I was promised (on saturday) my iPhone 15 Pro Natural Titanium 256GB would be delivered Friday this week. I thought I'd get an update by contacting them today....  They've now told me that it will be 18-20 days for delivery.  Offered the Blue Titanium for a delivery within 2 days. I've gone with that as I was undecided on the natural or blue originally.  

You watch it not turn up in 2 days now 😆

After contacting CS today, I was told to expect dispatch of my Pro Max 256GB Nat Titanium in the next 4-5 business days... 

Not holding out much hope, but interesting to hear considering what others in this thread have been told recently! Maybe there's some truth to it.

I ordered on launch day Sep 15th and still don’t have a 0033 tracking order/tracking number only xko********* number.

Did you call them or was it through chat? 

In my experience going through online chat is like talking to a brick wall of automated and scripted replies and can't get anywhere with them

Mine did this for a few days, I didn’t receive an email but I got a text on the 15th with confirmation and tracking  (tracking number started with 02) and then I get an updated tracking number on Saturday (tracking number started with 003), delivery shows as on track, I was quoted a delivery date of the 29th when I ordered
