Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just reading they can make up to 500,000 iPhones a day! 🤯 come on Apple......bit quicker please 🤣

That is pretty standard. cs will put a note on your account. so don't worry about it.

So I have just spoken to an advisor on chat. They have advised my iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Blue Titanium will be dispatched on 30th September and will be delivered on 2nd October. They seemed pretty confident on this and confirmed their warehouse has now received the phones. I ordered on Saturday 16th Sept and received confirmation email at 09:32am with my 003 order number. Hopefully this is the case and not another false promise!

Received the phones have they? They also received the iphone 16's? At this stage I don't care lol. It'll come whenever

if they received phones, wouldn't they send it earlier than saturday?

Your confirmation email is a few hours earlier than mine (had to fix the order on phone so confirmation email is 11:17am 16/9)

IF what you've been told is accurate, that would at least be a step in the right direction - and IF it is accurate, they would probably save themselves a lot of hassle by updating tracking for people in your situation so they can see themselves, i imagine a lot of the buzz would die down if you could see estimated dispatch on your 0033 tracking & for the people tracking this thread that can, i imagine there will be many who call after reading your post to try and get the same information

I have so far, no change to 0033 tracking, no parcel active on DPD - Ordered PM256GB NT

I'd be happy if I could even get a 0033 number! So far I have an XKO or a 02 number both of which don't work at all

It doesn't sound accurate, dispatch on a Mon, delivery on a Thurs. DPD is usually next day from EE, especially with pin coded iPhones.
Also, "their warehouse has now received the phones"... surely a limited supply of iPhones can be processed and dispatched in a day, so why wait 7 days before dispatching.

I spoke to 2 advisors on chat few days ago and both said the exact same thing, to be patient and wait for an email or DPD notification, nothing about if and when stock is in or when I’ll roughly receive any update. I got a text saying mines on track and will be shipped within the time scale they gave me which is a week, which will be tomorrow but if I don’t get it this week I’ll be putting in a formal complaint for sure. (15 PM 256gb Nat, ordered 15th 4pm) had this with my 13 pro max, thought they’d learn from the past.

Mine seems to have caused an account issue, I did my pre order for the iPhone 15 Pro Max Blue Titanium 512GB on Friday 15th around 7pm, which they ended up calling me back about 8am on Saturday.

My phone turned up on Launch day and is all set up fine, but my account plan hasn’t updated. I just gave EE a quick call and apparently my account has no record of me having an iPhone 15 Pro Max and when he checked the orders apparently their system states my order is stuck, so it was a bit of a surprise to them to find out that I already have the phone. 

They’ve had to submit a ticket now to cancel that order and update the plan (72 hour turn around), otherwise it will stay as iPhone 13 Pro Max. 

I’m more keen to get it fixed as the new plan is actually cheaper (inflation adjusted from the original plan)
