Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’ve just been on with the chat through Twitter/x and have been told they are working hard to get stock as quickly as they can. At least it’s not a BS fake promise.
I’ve asked them to feedback on people not receiving any kind of order confirmation but also to look at those of us who have anytime upgrade facilities in our contract and potentially facing fees next year despite not being able to order due to the EE system going down. Doubt anything will happen but thought it was worth saying.

Is there anyone here who ordered Friday, still waiting for an 03 number? I had to call and received an 02 number. Ordered the Pro Max Bllue Friday at 10pm

I mean I ordered Friday (4pm) but didn’t get my confirmation email with my 03 number till Tuesday lunchTime. PM Nat 256gb
Still no update either but I’m over it, just curious about my new plan.

CS just told me that all orders of the max that were placed up to and including Sunday 17th, will be start to be shipped on Monday.
I highly doubt that, especially as I was told 28 days yesterday!

Just so everybody knows because EE aren’t telling anyone this.
There have been manufacturing problems with the 15PM, there’s very little chance anybody will get one even from the Apple Store until at the earliest the 23rd of October.
They are out of stock globally and there’s nothing EE or anyone else can do about it. This is on Apple.

I ordered last Sunday through live chat for the PM Black 256GB, got the 03 tracking number as provided, annual upgrade.
I remember when I preordered the 13 PM which I currently have due to be traded in. that took a week for it to arrive after ordering.
but see what happens with this one,

Just finished a live chat with an agent. Recently my 0033 order number blacked out. Kept getting an error message, ‘sorry you can’t track that type of order…’, anyway the live agent just said my order number has now changed to an 02 number. I said nah I’ve got an 0033 number. She said online order numbers have the x in them, and 0033 numbers are the initial stage. Said my order is now being prepared, and I should expect it within a week. Said the 02 number and s now my order number. She confirmed the correct handset. Anyone with any experience in this scenario?
