Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Try to use your email used for order with 0033 reference. If doesn't work, use your contact number instead of email.

Mine got same issue as yours when using email. When switch to phone contact number, it is okay to track.

Some pretty frustrating news. I ordered the iPhone 15 PM 1TB In Blue on Friday night but had to confirm Saturday morning where I was told I would have it for launch. Anyway the news is that EE and Apple are out of iPhone 15 PMs and are not expecting anymore stock for another 28 days 😫 so just lose hope for anytime soon. Unfortunately the sad truth of it is that nobody has any of these devices. If you didn't get i on Friday you ain't getting it for a while (28 days) 🙃

I ordered at 1.05pm on Friday 15th. They phoned and processed payment at 4.40pm.

I reckon I’ll still be waiting a month!!

@shawnyboy When I say nobody I mean the retailers and Apple themselves. There are no PMs anywhere ATM..

I ordered my phone at 13:10 received a text to confirm the order I haven’t got my confirmation email yet was told it was on an open order by advisor yesterday and then another advisor telling me how it’s at the warehouse but not yet dispatched… it’s just awful how EE are not even giving me a proper answer

@saaansj26   You gave a time but not the date.   Do you mean you ordered today at 13:10pm ?    
What model type  ie colour and storage?   Because if you did order today you’ll not get this device for at least 28 days as that’s roughly the waiting time if you order from Apple.  EE don’t have stock waiting to go out for new orders and what they do have will be allocated to people who ordered before you.
