Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

not sure but I’m gonna look on it that way, it doesn’t state when it starts from, but I presume it’s from the 15th, when I ordered it.

Not that It really matters as we are all being told different but I was told it was from order day, so my 14 days started on the 16th (when I called back to provide the info they said was missing from Friday, but was actually order not gone through due to their system) 

So in theory mine is by this time next week, but I’m probably going to try switch off to it now & just see when I hear from DPD

EDIT: completely randomly have just found in another email account which to my knowledge has never been linked to my EE account a single email from EE with my 033 order number that was sent Saturday last week! Trackable now, but just says awaiting dispatch

I managed to cancel my order as one wasn’t dispatched and phoned around the stores and two stores said they had small stock of the model. Took me longer to cancel the order than it was sorting it out at store. Next time I will skip doing it online.
