Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Well, 14 days to cancel my delivery, which I might do you just buy directly from Apple which was what I was going to do in the first place. I am out of contract with EE. I’ve been there for 10 years plus they’re offering me no incentive to stay.  Vodafone here we come.

Same here. I was expecting it to be delivered today as advertised, but instead of just noticed at the very bottom in light grey coloured text 28 days.  😭😭😭 what an absolute sh*t show.

Still no update from EE regarding the pro max, I’ve not had any texts about my plan changing and nothing from DPD. I’m assuming I won’t be getting it for a while! 

preordered Friday evening and had to reorder Saturday afternoon. Got my confirmation straight away and haven’t heard anything since, other than the ‘we will get your order to you’ text. 

on the plus side, I’ve got my watch ultra 2 today so a silver lining!

Same here, they’ve offered me no incentive to stay given me every reason to leave. Been a perfect loyal customers 10 year plus.

Does everyone get the email that says

We're getting your order ready and it will be on its way soon.

I think ‘soon’ to EE means ‘we have no idea’

it doesn’t mention 28 days in my email.

I think we all should just expect to get it when it’s quoted which is 14 days from today. I’m just saying 6th October is when I expect to get it and hopefully comes sooner

I was told by two different people on the phone I’d receive it within 24 hours of the release date however they expected it to arrive the same day. So far my tracking just says order confirmed. Like with everyone else I got the text bit just no real info

I'm sorry that you haven't received the order as informed yesterday, however, the device have just been launched today and due to this, the expected delivery date is not confirmed as of now. I'm extremely sorry that you had to wait all day waiting for the delivery of your order.

As you're not happy about this, I'll raise a case to record this on the account.

People, just give a heads up if you get any movement. Especially if you got that ridiculous text asking you not to bother them
