Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I have got 5 CS member replied to me with the same message today 😂 everytime i ask them if there are any stocks available in store they took too long and another CS member comes in instead with the same textbook reply

I changed my order to the pm white 1TB because I was told I would definitely get it . Called them up today and they told me more than 28 days . Cancelled that as I originally wanted the natural titanium. Placed new order for the natural so I guess I’ll have it for Christmas? Haha

I just had an email from EE offering me an early upgrade. Of course it links to my account where the upgrade link isn't active 😂

My concern here is that due to being a teacher I cannot just take a random day off as and when I please. My partner doesn’t have the same last name as me so with the awful delivery system in place how am I going to be able to just drop everything for a last minute notification of delivery. I have a 15 PM white 256 ordered.
p.s. my parents both ordered the 15 today and got the choice of delivery for this weekend or Monday. Definitely is a PM issue

I have not heard a single thing regarding the delivery of the natural pro max,
really disappointing from ee, when ordered I was informed release date delivery, and only 1 has come

Hi from EE. We just want to let you know that everything is on track with your order for your iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it should be delivered in the timeframe you were given when you placed your order. We are working hard to get your iPhone 15 Pro Max to you as soon as possible, and there is no need to call us to get an update on its progress. We will be in touch with further updates before we despatch your phone.
I ordered online on Friday, confirmed at 4pm and still no updates regarding 003 number or DPD. The first text I got was it would be despatched within 7 days so I’m guessing it’ll be next week. I’m disappointed aswell with the rest of you but it is what it is, but they should be more prepared for this knowing it happens every year.

I can confirm I have now received my iPhone 15 Pro Max 256gb Natural Titanium. Upgrade anytime. Online order made on the 15th at 13.12. Instructed to call, so I did and managed to get through after 2 and 1/2 hours. Order confirmed at 15.20. Delivery made earlier this morning.
I sympathize with all that have had hiccups with EE's ordering system and fingers crossed you lay your hands on your desired devices asap!
