Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Man, i didnt even ask for a home delivery and instead opted for a store pick up even took the day off for it. But still no updates. Even ask CS if they know if theres any stores that has stock available but instead cycles through 4 of them and counting.
Legit worst service ive had so far. Pre ordered for a reason yet will only get the phone same as anyone who didnt

I’m just wondering if anyone has received their iPhone 15 yet? I’m waiting for a delivery of an iPhone 15 in Natural and I thought I was ok with waiting but I’m checking the tracking a lot lol 😂

I see no harm in asking Trading Standards to investigate the lies we have all been told, lies used to take our money!

Thanks for the invalidating comment. As others have said it's not about the phone, it's more about being lied to and people booking time off work to ensure they are in

Yes, I agree for such a large international company like EE that can’t even handle pre-orders is absolutely shambolic. I was expecting delivery today and took the afternoon off work last week. Why can’t they just say delivery will be a few weeks and just be honest!
