iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I was told the pin is for DPD as they no longer required photo id. Means if you’re not home you can give the pin to a family member and have them accept the order for you

I got the same can I ask it says 28 days in your text mine doesn’t so that’s what ee are telling u

Mine doesnt definitely say 28 days in the text. I spoke to 2 people on CS today. One said I wouldnt get my PM until first week of October and the second one I spoke to said my phone should arrive 25/26th of Sept.

I dont know what yo believe or hope for anymore. Disappointed , but hey. it is what it is a nerve game

Hi from EE. We just want to let you know that everything is on track with your order for your iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it should be delivered in the timeframe you were given when you placed your order. We are working hard to get your iPhone 15 Pro Max to you as soon as possible, and there is no need to call us to get an update on its progress. We will be in touch with further updates before we despatch your phone. Was asking cos this is what I got little while ago no hope in getting the phone at all hopefully things will change for us all

I think the only way anyone will get their phone tomorrow is if they ordered it directly from Apple

So after getting a call back from a manager the information I’ve received is that due to the system crashes and complete incompetence of the EE computer system the staff had to improvise to get orders done, some went with call backs so that the orders could be completed and others decided to take orders and pile them up. Those piled up orders then got processed later on when the system was stable. This means that order like mine were made before 2 but not completed / confirmed until 8pm putting me at the back of the list!! Due to apple not sending enough stock anywhere I won’t get a phone until stock is made available! So apple screwed the stock but the EE staff and systems stitched me up on the first come first serve!!

For those of us not getting them (Pro Max) tomorrow, I think a lot will get theirs late October and the others into November. That would match Apple’s website over the last week and the reported delays in manufacture. Might as well forget about it for now, can’t do anything about it.
