Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’ve spoken to a few people and expressed that I need my phone before I go on holiday at the end of oct, I’ve been told that it should deffo come before this. 

Then again, they’ve told so many people the wrong thing idk what to expect.

Honestly, I think if it hadn’t been for the amazing rep I had when I called at 1pm I wouldn’t have got my 15 PM dispatched today.

The EE customer service is very hit and miss, I have a complaint open that keeps getting left regarding a different matter so in one hand it’s awful, in the other outstanding…

Late post as I was away with work today and just got back - tracking received at around 8AM for my 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium 256GB ordered at 12:57PM on the 15th 🎉

Hope everyone else receives their orders soon.

Has anyone else received their dispatch email, tracking number for dpd, new benefits text messages etc but no pin for DPD by text or in app?

The EE email says I need photo ID but the dpd app is saying I need a pin but no options to show it and no text message…

What time did Dpd message you? It’s now gone 10pm and nothing…shall I presume mine isn’t coming tomorrow 😭

It was all from EE at 11am no messages or anything in the app from dpd, I do have the dpd tracking number from EE but that’s it

I really don't know how I got lucky... I placed order for iPhone 15PM 256gb in black on Tuesday and unexpected recieved a text from DPD this afternoon to say it will arrive tomorrow. Tracked delivery and it's being processed at local hub.. happy days.. my first iPhone in nearly 10 years!

Your 4 digit PIN will be sent to you when it’s out for delivery in the morning, it will be included in the notification via text and email along with your hour time slot
