iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

If it is helpful… I ordered 15 PM Natural Titanium and have just spoken to an adviser on the phone who said my order is still due for delivery 22nd Sep on their system, and that DPD can send delivery texts up to 11am on the day of delivery, with confirmation of delivery followed by a one hour window. Because the phone doesn’t launch until tomorrow they won’t get full updates on delivery until then.

That's exactly what I'm waiting out. Didn't want to pester EE. Should be a notification from DPD by 11am tomorrow 👍

What time did you order?

I just had the same message, thats for everyone who ordered on time and not getting there phone tomorrow

The whole launch experience was huge mess, I took me 4 hours (2,5 on the phone)  to order the phone ( 15  PM 256gb  natural titanium) , one order online need to be replaced by other one , finally I got confirmation email at 5pm ….I spoke to CS today  and  person on other side told me they not able to tell when I will ger my phone  and  how many days will have to wait , just told me to wait for DPD confirmation…Today I received same message from EE as everyone else 

I think the main mess is connected with  Pro Max models, mainly natural titanium  and white , so  is possible we can get our phones on Saturday or Sunday or  in second half of November…:

I remember when maybe 2 years ago I decided while after lunch day upgrade my Apple Watch to some stainless steel version and end up waiting 3 months until was delivered, EE excuse was not having it at stock ….

I only ordered the Pro in black, 256gb. Received my confirmation email at 6pm on the 15th. Must be issues across nearly every model

I just had a message saying my order is on track, which is there way of saying "it's not coming tomorrow, but we're hoping to get it to you within 14 days

I spoke to someone at EE just now, I placed my order at 12:57pm on the Friday, got XKO pretty much straight away, thought great mission accomplished

Then Monday I had my confirmation email and 003 number, amazing even better

Then today I spoke to EE to be told that it's on a 1st come 1st serve basis, and that because my order wasn't confirmed till Monday, I wasn't at the.front of the queue, when I replied"that's not fair" she almost accused me it was my fault for ordering too quickly. 

She then told me they don't know when delivery will be and just wait for DPD, extremely helpful....not

Why not just be honest, your not getting your phone, instead of just stringing people along

Just sharing my experience with you.

 

Ordered at 19.30 on Friday, I had tried over the phone earlier but was unable to do anything due to systems going down.

Anyway got confirmation email on Sat morning, Ordered iPhone 15 pro max 525gb in blue.

DPD Pinged me this morning saying they had collected parcel. Its been through the hub and is now on its merry way down to my local depot, and will arrive tomorrow.

Yet again a smooth painless upgrade

The unlimited essentials max, it definitely didn’t have it marked against it as a perk. Ah well, maybe I’ll just leave it and pay the fee next year if I upgrade.

Damn that’s a pain, probably won’t bother unless they can do it seamlessly
