Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I ordered mines on launch day, but had to call and was waiting for about 4 hours so order didn’t go through until 5.14pm

Anyone have experience getting your mobile plan changed after upgrading? Realised the one I’ve opted for didn’t include Upgrade Anytime so want to switch but no idea if that’s possible?

I went for the all rounder, and that included the upgrade anytime but it’s not showing that on the EE app or my plan, so going to have to give them a message or a call about that as well

Not sure if anyone has had the same but my account is now showing my phone as ''unknown'' and with no contract start or end date, I have had the ee message in regards to not calling them though?

Will have to return the phone and reorder with the new plan, thats what happened to me with last years 14 pro max as the idiot sales person connected to the wrong plan

I had the order through at 1257ish on launch day. I got the xko email telling me to call, which I did, and it was finalised by 1315 on the 15th.
