iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I ordered 3 things. Ultra 2, iPhone Plus pink and iPhone PM Natural 256. 

I received a 003 for the ultra and the plus. I was only ever given an xko and an 02 number for the PM. 

I've got 1 EE parcel with no pin and 2 ee parcels with pins. Showing in the dpd app is 2 parcels one with a pin, the other without. But the sms I received with a different pin has a completely different tracking number. So it looks like the iPhone Pro max has been dispatched.

So much for them not getting any at all. I don't know how a company this size can give out so much incorrect information, it's like any customer service auditing goes out of the window, it's the same every year, people being told random stuff and conflicting information.

Just spoken to CS on the phone, guy tells me they don’t have the 256gb black PM in stock and it’s 28 day wait on their system and he cannot tell me anymore **bleep**

What annoys me is that I could have ordered from Apple. No problem and for sure would have it tomorrow but chose to go with EE as I thought they would deliver. Seriously considering cancelling my contract and going elsewhere and will just wait for the phone. 

My same thoughts, I had better customer service from a previous provider so debating going back to them 

Unless it’s a sim card I ordered, but I understood that comes via Royal Mail. Will have to see

I ordered the 15PM 256gb natural titanium on pre order day over the phone and received my 003 confirmation at 1452.

I then ordered the series 9 watch via online chat on Saturday and received my 003 confirmation at 2002.

I decided to cancel the watch so went on online chat and they advised my order has been picked up so unable to cancel. I asked them to check the status of my iPhone order and they said it is also showing picked.

received text from DPD at 0727 this morning saying they had my order and my delivery pin also had multiple texts from EE at 0801 saying about my upgrade.

my ee online tracker changed to order dispatched aswell.

was able to upgrade my delivery on DPD so should receive it between 8-12 

still nothing for the watch

I ordered on Saturday afternoon because Apple lost my order on Friday, so I tried with EE the next day. At that point they said that everything but the Blue PM (which I ordered) was beyond the 28 day window. I don't expect to get mine anytime soon. I really wish I'd get it tomorrow, but early bird gets the worm I suppose
