Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Is it safe to assume then that those of us who haven't received any texts from EE recently with regards to our orders won't be getting them on Friday. No changes to my plan yet either on app and still awaiting confirmation of dispatch on my tracking number. 

Ps, I ordered the 256gb titanium pro max as soon as EE systems where back up and running on pre order release day at 1pm with an order number begining 0033

I may be in the same place, as i've only been given a 025 number today, so God knows if a anyone has even touched my order since Friday night 😂

I'm guessing the 03 numbers mean you're going to get your order first and 02's are further down the line?

just got of the phone to a lovely lady in regards to some documents I can't see, and I also popped the question about my order numbers, she said that I should be able to see them when my order has dispatched, I have a 02 and a xko number, she said they are the only two numbers on the system relating to my order, but they should work once my order is dispatched,

she also did say that the stock will arrive on Friday, and the orders will be picked and dispatched from that point onwards, so hopefully ill have it by early next week

They just give me a 025 over the phone but I also got a 003 and mine has been picked

Just called now and been told 28 days for mine. I ordered Friday at half 4 via phone as systems were down

contacted support pretty much said nothing other than dpd will text 24 hours before it arrives and that its first come 

if its like the past 2 phones i have gotten with ee could be 2 weeks after release again
