Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I just called , ordered the pro max 1tb, hsd no info apart from the generic crap about orders shipping out from friday.:.TBH i just want them to tell me its a long wait so i can cancel the order and my account, and stop getting so worked up over a bloody phone lol

I got told longer than 28 days when I ordered and within 28 days when I called yesterday so who knows! 

I’m sure I’ve seen people in this thread who have ordered the same device later than I did but have been told Friday so who knows!!

What does your tracking say? Mine says dispatched in 24 hours but not sure if this is standard for everyone

That’s for anything you order this is preorder so doesn’t apply

Basically EE know nothing. Seriously.  It's a waste of time talking to them. It's all guesswork.

True! Interesting to see others say they have had orders picked but my impatience is getting the better of me

Last year there was lots of movement overnight on Wednesday night with many people waking up Thursday to DPD notifications or other signs of movement

It’s still early days yet and far too early for anyone to write off getting their phone on Friday. And all hounding customer services is going to do at this stage is muddy the water as people get told 6 different things and no one has a clue which is true and which is made up to get people off the phone

support told me my order has not been picked yet order the phone last Friday at 3pm
