Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yes just now came through mines is 003. It was about the contract and that I would get a text soon when it’s been dispatched. Also had one telling me get a new charger worded funny as it says it’s moved from a USB C to a USB C charging port haha

I spoke to chat and they reassured me but no real details. He said he's ordered too and is excited but also has no idea about good order 😂

My online EE account is also showing weird changes, order tracking still shows “Pre Order Confirmed” but my phone type has changed to Unknown, my data has refreshed, even thought it is supposed to be refreshing in 7 days and the refresh date is 20 October (1 month from today). But weirdly, it still shows the old contract type. So I am assuming I may be getting a Pro Max on Friday! 🤞🏽

Mine has changed to unknown but my data hasn’t refreshed or anything they said on the phone the watch and phone has been picked so we will see

I ordered yesterday had to call up in the AM today. I ordered the natural titanium 256gb pro. I had an XKO number then I had my 003 number come through after I called them in the AM.
haha no worries I’ve been on this ride many times before. Launch day this forum becomes crazy, what about you which model did you go for ?

This is the sign that you’ll get it launch day. Happens every year. The app slows down and the contracts change. Then you are bombarded with texts about plan etc. and then dpd should come through.

My device has now changed to "unknown" and the contract start and end are blank , something happening behind scenes now?
