Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I placed mine in the morning of the 16th as the system was down on the 15th. I've literally received nothing.
Preordered the watch later in the day which I was told should come on launch day. Nothing for that either.

Id take a pinch of salt what LiveChat tell you. Ashma told me that she had put a 'monitor' on my account so that she could personally update me as and when things progress... yeah right 😂

I have nothing, I got the '02' number from LiveChat. If you call CS they may be able to provide you with the '03' number if it exists. Check your upgrade status on the EE website (app is down at the min) and if you upgrade date shows as N/A then the order has gone through.

I recieved an xko number that I gave to the op when I called to confirm my details then a 003 number was emailed to me after that call!

The order has gone through, I've had it confirmed verbally. Just don't feel that a verbal confirmation or reading between the lines on an app/website is the right way to do things. A simple email confirming what you have pre-ordered and an idea of despatch time (subject to Apple) is all I think is needed.
We are essentially all waiting for the delivery company to tell us we are going to receive our orders which is backwards in my eyes.

Yeah I agree, EE's website and back office system is a mess (or at least was, previous employee 7 years ago, doesn't seem like much has changed) just for order tracking alone if you Google it there are about 3 different links on the website to track orders.

I just phoned and was told my watch and phone has been picked and ready for delivery we will see what happens tomorrow

Can't check my info on the EE app as that's down completely but the EE site doesn't know what my phone is (unknown) or my contract info (no start or end) so might be a good sign and I had a 15 Pro Max 1TB Natural Titanium which finally went through as a 003 number at 10am on the 16th due to the system issues on the 15th.

Same here, got a text this morning, went onto live chat and they said my order is confirmed and is still being delivered Friday 🤞🤞🤞 what I find weird tho is I’ve now got 2 XKO numbers 🙃 probably a new one as the order was finished over the phone? Who knows

My order has been processed and I now have an 02 number, the rep said that they don't yet know when I'll get my phone. Progress
