iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

At least you have a tracking number. I've got nothing 😞 I had it by this time every other year.

Chat are useless. 150 told me I would get it tomorrow but it wouldn't be tracked until it was handed over this evening. So I'm not sure what's going on. I usually don't have an issue with EE pre-order.

They seem adamant on the phone that everyone is getting release day, but i am a bit skeptical

Yep, 150 claimed the same yesterday. But mine hasn't even been picked yet. Mickey mouse show over at EE.

This is what chat said to me after I gave my details 

“As per the order, I can see it has been picked already and it will be shipped soon within the next 48 hours. Once shipped, you will get a text notification with a tracking ID to track your order via DPD.”

If you are registered with DPD on their app it will find all the information for you. I’ve received no confirmation from EE other than a text to say they have my order. BUT the link in that text also updated saying dispatched today too.

Yeah not picked either. Maybe it's a geography thing - had that one year where everything for where I am moved fast and everyone else got it a lot later. I've preordered countless iPhones and never had a days trouble so I am so disappointed.

I had a message a hour after live chat told me that from dpd

No text or email from EE but DPD app shows parcel has been picked up and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.
