iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

great thread, wondering if anyone else has an XKO number and an order confirmation but cant track it through the order tracker?

Yeah I have.

However, as I went on chat and talking a tracking number was generated but nothing else has changed as of yet

I only had the xko nothing more I just had a txt from dpd showing it’s being delivered tomorrow

Hoping that there is hope for me yet! I wouldn’t think anything of it if I wasn’t on here.

Not sure if this gives people hope about the level of stock they had allocated, or just makes them lose all trust in the customer services, but I have just been told that my order has been picked already.

I ordered on Saturday at 7pm, and the model I chose was already projected to be weeks away from delivery.

I have received DPD tracking information as of this morning! I ordered the 14 Pro Max 256GB Deep Purple at 1:30pm on pre-order day. I was in the boat of no order number and only a confirmation email with an account number. I hope you all soon get something as mine will be delivered tomorrow

Had nothing from EE, No text or Email from DPD, ordered on the 9th at 2pm

Suddenly DPD app (which I downloaded this morning) notifies that it will be delivered tomorrow.

Poor Comms from EE but thanks for the advice to download the DPD app 👍

I don't even believe this "first come first serve" anymore. People after the Friday being notified their orders been picked and with DPD yet others on Friday (myself) haven't heard a single thing. As said already, mickey mouse show at EE>
