Since I received my upgrade I can’t use text or iMessage or FaceTime

I received my iPhone yesterday. I’ve put my sim card in and I can’t get signal or my WiFi calling to come on. It won’t let me iMessage or FaceTime. Is there something wrong with my sim? I’d call EE. bi5 I can’t
