Free Apple Arcade issue

Hi, I just applied for my free 6 mo the of Apple Arcade. I got a link via text to 150 but then link opens the App Store to a page that says ‘can’t connect’.

 

what can I do to get this benefit?

If that didn't work, the next step would be to give our technical guides a call @TBOPFalcon.

They'll be able to bring up your account to make sure it is set up on your account as it should be and help to get it working for you.

@TBOPFalcon  Do you Apple Arcade download to your device?   Have you tried doing this not connecting to WiFi ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Apple Arcade is available on my device.  And I have tried without Wifi and get the same error.

If you go to Settings > Apple Account/iCloud (your name) > iCloud, is iCloud Private Relay switched on? If it is, can you try to turn it off and retry the link.

Thanks Michael but unfortunately it made no difference. (It was off already and so I tried it on and then off again).  I get the same 'Cannot Connect' screen in the App Store upon clicking the link
